You select a sentence — yours or one you were sent — and the bubble changes: «Rewrite · 12 words» appears. One tap and the selected text comes out right, without dictating anything. For the message dashed off in a hurry before sending it, or to understand what you were sent in another language.

What you dictate stays on your phone

The dictation diary lives in a file inside the app, on your phone: we never upload it anywhere and no copy of it exists on our servers — all that's kept is how many words you used, for your plan. You empty it whenever you like with a button in Diary. Exactly the same on Windows and iPhone.

Accessibility is only needed to write into another app's text field: on Android it's the only way. Loquil doesn't read the screen for any other reason and shares nothing. Audio is sent while you dictate and is never stored.
